Pupil debt scams flourish with increase in robocalls, advocates state

The crushing fat of Michelle Lannon's college debt — very nearly $200,000 in federal loans and $15,000 in a personal loan — haunts her until she goes to rest. When her cellphone bands having an unknown quantity, which occurs daily, she tenses up.
